My name is Christopher Eikanger Andersen, 27 years old from Skien, currently living in Oslo. I recently graduated from BI, Norwegian Business School and I am holding a MSc degree in Business and Economics.
I enjoy outdoor sports like downhill and cross country skiing during wintertime, and mountain biking and hiking during summer time. I enjoy travelling and exploring new countries; culture, history and traditions. In addition to that, I’m interested in politics and EU and I like to keep myself updated on technology.

Norwegian School of Management - Master of Science in Business and Economics with a major in strategy (siviløkonom) (2008-) Master thesis: I am writing my thesis as a part of “A knowledge based Norway”, a research project at BI led by professor Torgeir Reve. The project relates to Norwegian and global knowledge hubs, and how Norway can survive in a knowledge-intensive economy. GPA: B+
- Bachelor of Science in Business (2005- 2008) Related activities: Won a case competition arranged by BI together with two fellow students. The task was to create a business plan for a new company that wanted to sell products on the web. We competed against all other 1st year students at Norwegian School of Management. GPA: B-
Brekkeby College General studies (allmennfag) with specialization within Marketing, Business Administration and Media. Related activities: Marketing director in a Young Enterprise named UB Consult, working as consultants for other Young enterprises. Related to this, I also received the best grade in an exam in Entrepreneurship at the University of Cambridge. (2002) GPA: 5
Working as an advisor in QuestBack’s Customer Success Team with tasks related to: - Quality control of quantitative survey projects for our customers - Consultation on the use of QuestBack to gather information - Technical support and customer training - Projects related to marketing and personnel recruiting - Research on customer loyalty, churn and the use of our services
Senior Consultant – Working with project management and quality assurance of client projects (2007 –) General Manager – Head of 25 consultants and a revenue of 70.000 EUR. Project Coordinator and consultant – Responsible for market analysis, competitor analysis and other client projects. Been working with clients like Lidl, McDonalds, Gyldendal, Statkraft and QuestBack.

School Student Union of Norway (Elevorganisasjonen i Norge) School Student Union of Norway is one of the largest youth organizations in Norway, organizing approximately 350 schools and more than 120.000 college students. Elevorganisasjonen is also responsible for Operation Dayswork (OD)
The National Control committee: Responsible for controlling the National Board and to inspect decisions to ensure that they are carried through. (2005-2006) Secretary General: Head of the head office, budgeting, reporting and all other administrative issues in the whole organization. The annual budget under my control was approx 700 000 EUR. (2004-2005) Member of the National Board: Working full time as a voluntary in the National Board with the responsibility for Media strategies and issues related to educational funding. (2003-2004) Member of the National Council: When going to college, I represented the schools in Telemark in the National Council. (2001-2003)
INSIDE – Norwegian School of Management newspaper Member of the board. Working with issues related to the long term strategy of the newspaper, including online initiatives as well as renegotiation of several business critical contracts.
Norwegian State Educational Loan Fund (Lånekassen) Deputy member of the Board as a Student Representative with right of audience. Lånekassen manages financial aid to students in Norway at college and university level. The most debated issue during my period at the board was the modernization of the Loan Fund’s products, services and infrastructure.
Global Young Leaders Conference Invited to attend the Global Young Leaders conference in New York and Washington DC. Met with about 200 other young leaders from all over the world. During our stay, we attended meetings in the UN headquarters, U.S. Department of State, IMF, the World Bank and NASDAQ.
Norwegian: Native tongue English: Fluent, both written and oral German: General knowledge through courses on College-level.
Experienced IT user. Extensive experience with the use of Microsoft Office applications, statistical software (SPSS and LISREL), graphical/design software (Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Acrobat, Dreamweaver), EFM software (QuestBack, ConfirmIT), CRM Systems (Salesforce.com, Google CRM), ERP (SAP).
